Problem Solution
Not Cooling
  1. Run an extension cord to compressor from a different outlet.
  2. Plug extension cord into the compressor individually.
    1. If it runs it may be an electrical problem or cold control problem.
  3. If the compressor runs but the fan motor doesn't.
    1. Put test wires leading to fan to check for power.
    2. If there is power replace fan.
  4. If the compressor doesn't run at all
    1. Check for loose or broken wire at the compressor terminal box.
    2. If it still doesn't start or cool replace compressor
Replace Fan Warning Do Not Bend Freeon Lines
  1. Unscrew bolts at the bottom of the stand for the fan.
  2. Take off the fan from the stand.
  3. Find a replacement motor.
    1. Make sure that the voltage and wattage are the same.
  4. Reattach the motor to the stand.
  5. Reattach stand to the compressor.
  6. Manually spin the fan to make sure it does not hit anything(Readjust on the stand if it does)
  7. Plug in the compressor to make sure the fan motor works.
No power at outlet at power box.
  1. Remove power box.
  2. Look for bad wires.
  3. check cold control with tester.
  4. Check for bad outlet.
No power to vendor
  1. Run extension cord to vendor
  2. If there is still no power
  3. Check all fuses on power box.
  4. Remove power box look for bad wires.
Product sticking in gates
  1. Clean all glides.
  2. Make sure all pushers are working properly.
  3. Spray down gates and slides with food grade silicon spray.
  4. Gently tap all silinodes towards the back of the machine giving the gates more throw.
  5. Press mode switch on door twice.
  6. You should see test mode on the screen.
  7. Press auto sequence(which would be letter F on keypad).
  8. Press star to start.
  9. Machine will dispense product from each row.
  10. Watch to see if any gates are sticking or do not work(make sure to mark them).
  11. If you still have sticky gates repeat steps on those gates.
Use exact change
  1. Make sure the coin mechanism has money.
  2. Press mode switch twice to access test mode.
  3. Press 1 on the keypad for filltube dispense
  4. Press star.
  5. Press A on keypad to show the amount of nickels,dimes, and quarters in the coin mechanism.
  6. Make sure that this matches the amount in the coin mechanism.
  7. If low feed money from the outside of the vendor until coin mechanism is full and shows the correct amount of nickels, dimes, and quarters on screen.
Not all rows working
  1. Press mode switch twice to access test mode.
  2. Press letter C on keypad for selftest
  3. Press star until display shows the number of selections in vendor.
  4. If it matches the number of selections that you have test the vendor all should work.
  5. If it doesn't press mode switch to access test mode again.
  6. Press F for auto sequence.
  7. Press star to run all the rows to find which row is not working.
  8. Mark the row and repair.
  9. Look for wire off under gate.
Set new prices
  1. Press mode switch once.
  2. Press 7 on the keypad (it will scroll set regular prices).
  3. Enter the amount that you would like to set the prices for.
  4. Then select the corresponding number and letter to the row that you would like to set the price for.
  5. You can change price at anytime by pressing a number button first.
Machine vends three products with one credit.
  1. Press mode switch three times to access setup mode one.
  2. Press number eight.
  3. Press star to disable drop censor.
None or only half of snack/candy tray will work.
  1. Make sure tray is pushed in all the way.
    1. If not fitting tightly add washers behind block on tray.
  2. Press mode switch twice to access test mode.
  3. Press C on keypad to access self test.
  4. Press star until number of rows shows on the screen.
  5. Close door and test.
  6. If machine still does not work
    1. Pull out tray and look for a bad wire or motor.
